Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Orders can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. We reserve the right to cancel any high-risk order.
Refunds and Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued as store credit only. Please ensure that the product sizing, shipping address, and billing address are correct as they cannot be modified after purchase. Returns for sale items are not accepted.
Gift Returns:
We do not accept returns for gifts. All sales are final. If you need to exchange a gift for a different size, please refer to the exchange policy below.
Sale Items:
Returns for sale items are not accepted. All sales are final.
Exchanges:
At Milyé, exchanges are only considered in the following circumstances:

Defects or Damage:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. -
Wrong Item Shipped:
If you received the wrong item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt.
Please Note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn or damaged.
- Include a copy of the receipt, your contact number, and item information (name, color, and size) with your return package.
- All exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
